Toddler Massage is a wonderful experience for both your little one and you. It is all about nurturing touch and being together in a very loving way. No matter how rough your day (or night!) has been, you will both feel better during and after the massage.
The benefits to massage are endless. In addition to being a wonderful way to bond, massage helps your toddler's neurological, physical and emotional development, soothes aches and pains and relieves tension.
During this class you will learn how to massage a toddler "that wouldn't sit still for a minute". Age appropriate stories, games, finger rhymes, songs and rituals will be incorporated to keep your little one's attention. The session starts with the basic techniques used for infant massage and gradually gives variations of how you can continue to adapt the massage to your growing child's needs and capabilities. Playfully engage and let your toddler socialize with others as you learn and grow together.
Toddlers rule this class; feeding, diapering, sleeping, crying and laughing are all welcomed!
Moms and dads (or other caregivers) are both welcome to attend with their child.
A bottle of massage oil and a book about Child Massage will be provided.
Group Classes
Location: Various locations in Los Angeles.
Duration: Each class consists of 3 or 4 weekly sessions.
Cost: $110.00 for 3 weeks (1hr and 15min) and $120.00 for 4 weeks (1hr)
Private instruction (in the comfort of your home)
Duration: Class consists of 2 sessions.
Cost: $125.00
